1. Production & Shipping Times Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, orders require production time before dispatch:
Production Time: Typically 2–5 business days.
Transit Time: Shipping duration varies by destination and selected courier services, usually taking 3–10 business days after production.
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you automatically as soon as your package has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Customs/Duties Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package dimensions.
International shipments may be subject to local import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country.
VLCST is not responsible for these extra charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Returns & Refunds (On-Demand Items) Because all art prints, posters, and merchandise are custom printed on demand upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items We stand behind the quality of our artwork and production. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hi@velocista.co with:
Your order number.
Clear photographs showing the damage or printing error.
Photographs of the outer packaging (if damaged during transit).
Upon verification, we will promptly arrange a replacement to be printed and shipped to you free of charge, or issue a refund where applicable.
